  10. Developable to your needs.  The building is heavy timber post & beam construction.  Any existing interior walls can be altered except the party wall between the 1storey and 2 storey buildings.

Competitive price per square foot leases.  We would like to offer leases below market value for the first year to help each business through its transition period.  We would negotiate with you a fair lease rate for second and consecutive years that would be closer to market values.    We are more interested in long term tenants than we are in making money from the lease of this building.  Our goal is, of course, to meet all our monthly overheads for its heating, taxes, cleaning and upkeep etc.

  21. Garbage collection and recycling is provided free of charge.
  22. We will consult with existing businesses before a new business comes to join the Idea Building that may have a cross over in services offered.
  23. Each company’s clients will be made aware of the other businesses in the building and of the services we all offer.  This will also undoubtedly increase all our business.
